Not as good as £5 of £40, which it was a few months ago. Has put me off!

thanks

This will get hot but its getting boring.

It's still more than 10% off a shop of £45 - or more if you buy multiple copies of the paper - so it's heat from me :)

Shame on you OP...

i only have a black & white laser printer & they accused me of photocopying my voucher last time they done a £5 off voucher.
Aldi can go swivel if they think they are getting one more penny out of me.
I don't find them cheap either.

last time they had a printable voucher. they accused of photocopying a printed voucher & would not honour it - so I walked out & left everything there. 1/2 in the trolly & 1/2 still on the checkout with a long queue.

Maybe they should make it clear that they only accept colour copies from an inkjet printer.

To be fair it is a week in advance and based on the assumption there will be a voucher, rather than any insider knowledge.

Next Wednesday when it will be able to help people, and act as a decent reminder and someone may be able to tell us of the coupons included, I'm fairly sure you'll be the first to whinge about it being a repost.

Almost free? Well, if you count buying a newspaper and £39.51 of other stuff at the same time as almost free, yes it is almost free.

lol, some such funny comments which really display the moronity of 'the general public'. heat for what would otherwise be a normal full priced shop. it must have been already 8 weeks without one I reckon?

Why not spend it on stuff you do need then? If I am not going to make it to £45 on voucher week I simply stock up on non-perishable essentials that I know I will be needing sooner rather than later; detergents, drinks, canned products, batteries etc. My local store is great, they will even let me add things at the checkout if I come up short.

Some people are hard to please. If you were selling ten pound notes for five quid they would complain that they had to spend a fiver.

Could you let me know your secret of not eating or drinking? It would cut those pesky bills down for my attempt to save up for a Ferrari....

The voucher appears on the last Thursday of every month so the last one would have been 4/5 weeks ago.

Make sure to check the small print this month to see if they still include spirits in your shopping total. Sainsburys now routinely exclude spirits with any of their vouchers (some legal reason to do with selling spirits below cost) so I wonder if Aldi will follow their lead.

That would be sad news, I bought almost beer and alcohool only at some point with the voucher. Hope they don't change the rules.

My weekly shop includes Aldi, possibly family bargains and then morrisons or tesco. By doing this I have brought a weekly shop down to £50 for 2 adults and a 3 year old (including all cleaning products etc). Saying Aldi has nothing simply means you have never tried it. Try it... Shopping at aldi for basics like meat, veg, cheese, milk, frozen products will save you lots of cash, and in my view is the same quality and better most of the time...

On the note of quality, never EVER EVER buy fresh meat/fish from a supermarket. Many studies have shown its basically on the cusp of unsellable (especially the fish)

You sir seem to have a problem. Well, its your lucky day.. I have a new fangled contraption called a 'Calender'! Its amazing, you write things down on the dates you need to remember them for and if you look again, your brain - through some sort of magic experience - remembers them! All yours for £4.50.... Its a DEAL, its a STEAL,,,,,,,, PM me for payment details!

has anyone else noticed aldis prices creeping up as they introduce more new lines? obviously still cheaper than the big boys but increasing nonetheless. presumably now they've attracted all these extra customers.
My only other gripe is the fact they never have enough tills open, I've seen people leave full baskets of stuff because they can't be bothered to wait behind people with full trollies. Does anyone's local store have dedicated check out only staff? ours doesn't, they have to dive back from stocking the shelves.
still great quality tho and love the weekly special buys!

Have you got a link to these many studies please? Would be genuinely interested to read them.
