I moved to VF, £20 for 20gb, unlimited text and calls, and EU data, plus £65 Quidco back, making it £14.58 / m. And after being on EE for ages, I found the 4G vastly quicker (EE seem to overcrowd the towers)!

Are there any existing Plusnet Fibre users to take advantage of this deal? Actually, that's not fair, Plusnet maybe ok for some. I had a bad experience with them though. Long story short, moved back to Sky Fibre - Hey presto.

Maybe I've been lucky, but I've had Plusnet Fibre in two different houses with no issues, and been with the company for broadband in general since.. 2004, I think? They aren't perfect, but their price has always been right and I'm always offered deep discounts for being with them so long. Again, maybe I've just been lucky, but I just don't have any issues with them.

Showing as £15 a month for me?

Looks like 1500 mins not unlimited for 10 quid

Based on my current usage i just moved to plusnet, £5pm (down from £27), hope the network lives up to expectations... so far the setup has been super easy and welcoming!

OK, having just checked it states that for unlimited minutes and texts plus 4gb data is £15 for customers without their broadband and its the same for those with it their broadband but they get double data.

£10 is just 1500 minutes.

Yeah, maybe I was being unfair, and it is nice to know that some people out there are having a perfect service from them. I was with them for Broadband 2012-14, went to Sky for Fibre for 18 months, back to Plusnest for Fibre (Admittedly because of the great price, as you pointed out) but we got constant dropout/buffering/poor range. Went back to Sky Fibre in the same house/set up - Not an issue. It's a shame, because they are very competitively priced.

Must be the masts around your area because on EE I get up to 120mbps download.

limited time offer until the 21st of February.
If you have Plusnet broadband don't tick the box to say that you're an existing customer - if you leave your data allowance will be halved!

The network will be fine until you need to use customer services, then "the computer says nooo"

the stories of horrible customer service is stopping me signing up. maybe if I want to leave, they will make it so painful that it will not be worth it.
have seen Talktalk, can understand what happens when you have bogus customer service.

Vile company. I was with Life mobile at £6/month (rolling) which changed to Plusnet, so I cancelled the contract. Got charged £22 for the pleasure which I told them to stuff and they've now sent debt collectors letters. Avoid!

Me too, regionally EE 4G Max never goes over 20MB as does its partner backhaul 3, even at 3am when it should as most people are in bed. My Voda is consistent at 15MB, EE drops down to 2-5MB during the day quite a lot.

Welcome to British Telecommonopolies, wish most the UK consumers could say the network will be fine like 20 years of governments promises - that have delivered nothing but poor country connections like a third world country, I know CTC have taken a large bite of the pie and in that sense we are third world but BT inherited a VAST network on the grounds it would invest, it never has and given EE purchase it never will as our governments continually promise.

Enjoy B(EE)T Mobile at the expense of the copper network - the more people who go EE/Plusnet for mobile the less is put into the Openreach copper/fibre network.

I wont be going near them again until change happens - it is unbelievable ADSL2+ struggles at 4MB, EE goes to voicemail or engaged tone and advertised 4G map is only 3G with less than ADSL speeds & all on a major city exchange. Shocking company BT, even before you consider BT customer service.

Fantastic deal especially rolling 30 day so just signed up. Have a EE contract ending soon, got offered £15 and 20GB but was after a monthly contact not 12 month again. Great also as can tether, that's the main use of data for me as a backup in case fibre connection fails when working which isn't very often over a year. I know a while back three had pretty much the same deal on for £9 but left that as couldn't tether so all good this depending on what you need it for

I likewise could only see the £15 deal went on live chat told them about the £10 deal and yea I can have that done and dusted

Got my plusnet sim today so come the next day, having read the negativity on here feared the worst with phoning customer services, called 500 off my phone no delay, dropped the smart cap to £2 then banned premium rate number outgoing calls. Also have a dual sim phone so tested speeds, both use same network and the same speeds each. Great deal if you can make do with 4GB a month

Showing for me as 4GB data + 1500 minutes + Unlimited texts for £10.00 per month. Not unlimited calls any more?
However on this page https://www.plus.net/mobile/deals/4gb/existing-customer (link was in the T&Cs at the bottom of the page) it says existing customers can get unlimited minutes. Unclear exactly what happens if you change broadband providers, but only a 30-day contract so can always switch again.
