The local Asda are selling 15 free-range medium for £2...YMMV. But this is still a good deal...;)

I had to pop to tesco and while I was there I checked out their own boxes of free range eggs. The tesco's one's where the hens are free to roam out in the open are £3.07 for 12.

Last Friday when I went shopping to Tesco I bought 15 Free range medium eggs for £2. It was on special offer. Not sure it is still on though.

Gave heat to this because it is nearly as good deal and free range eggs are normally very expensive...

    They're really not!

Good deal, bought these myself last weekend.

If there aren't any supermarket offers on free range eggs, I'll buy them from my local butcher for £1 a dozen. This same deal is around in various local shops actually.

There really is no excuse for buying battery eggs, it's just laziness.

We pay £1 - £1.50 for a dozen eggs, depending on where we get them from.

I doubt it will be a supermarket, more likely a local seller.

It's much cheaper to buy eggs locally.
    Xenu :)

I know this will come as a shock, but you can buy eggs from places other than supermarkets.
Plus in most cases you'll see exactly where and how the chickens have been kept.
    So ... win win
