How many MG per cap?
#2
ye was going to ask what matt said, usually have the high dosage ones
#3
i think it's 500mg
#4
It's 250mg Cod and 250mg Fish oil
#5
They also do a multivitamin one. Perhaps that's in the same offer? And even if not, they are cheap!

You have to be careful when combining the two, as some vitamins are in both, and could put you over the "recommended dosage". So either alternate per day or per half day and skip a day that sort of thing.

I stick to 1000mg caps. I normally stock up for the year at Holland and Barrett in the sales...

couldn't you just take two?

if anyone cares the n.i. is as follows:
A - 100% RDA
D - 100% RDA
E - 100% RDA
Cod Liver Oil - 276mg
Fish Body Oil - 274 mg

Vitamin A is the one to watch out for when exceeding RDAs, can cause liver damage in high doses (even death in ultra high doses!), but I dont know what the upper limit is. Best to research it. RDAs are useless, they can be minimums, maximums, or means, but you don't know which. Eg Vitamin B is safe, and some studys show as healthy, in doses of 30-40,000%, where as others like iron you dont want be to be exceeding the 100% mark by too huge amount as it can be damaging (oxidising iirc). Wikipedia is your friend in this area.

who cares about the oil mg - it's the active ingredients that matter, i.e. EPA and DHA (eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid ).

remember reading anything less than 300mg/200mg respectively and it's not worth it. most of these tablets contain about 20-30mg of each.

Edit... These are what you want :) 33% EPA (330 mg) and 22% DHA (220 mg) per tablet.

That makes these the same as these ones at Holland and Barrett - but they're 23quid for 120 and you have to take 3 at once! :)
