Okay, these are stubbie bottles and it's only 4% ABV, but it works out incredibly cheap at 62p per litre / 35p per pint.

This is much cheaper than any of the similar packs of bottles of imported lager in Asda or Tesco. It isn't advertised as a special offer, so there is no expiry date.

For comparison, it is also quite a bit cheaper that the current Sainsbury's deal of 15 x 440ml cans of Carlsberg for £7. That deal works out at £1.06 per litre / 60p per pint.

I haven't tasted this particular variety myself, but all of the little bottles of French lager I've tried have been okay, if nothing special.

The information they provide online includes:
Description

SPECIALLY IMPORTED.
4% VOL.

Dietary Information

Free From Genetically Modified Ingredients

Manufacturer

SAS Brasserie De Saint Omer,
BP 190 - 62504 St Omer Cédex,
France.
Ive tried this, although be it 4-5 yrs ago.

I dont remember it being anything terrible, or that great, but perfectly 'doable'

Good cheap way to water a party / bbq. Affter the decent drinks have been taken, those under the influence wouldnt mind drinking these.

Good price, and filler until the '3 crates for £20' deals come back.

I saw it in the Plymouth city centre store today and it's online, so I think it must be national providing your local store is big enough.

Correct - and nuts are of course a bonus - but the 3 for £20 deal is for bottles of greater volume, of better taste, and also come with brand value (appropriate if to be shared with friends/guests).

While still cheaper by volume at 3 for £10, the 3 for £20 deal is better value imo. :)

Absolutley spanking deal. 35p a pint for some good tasting French lager is amazing value. Well found! Heat and Rep added!

drinking as we speak, I got 30 bottles for £7, not too bad really.

I thought it was 30 bottles for £9 ? It's a shame they put the price up so much though :(
