Description

The Sainsbury's 4.5L Slow Cooker is a delight in any kitchen, helping you create delicious dishes simply and economically. With three settings you can tailor the programme to suit what you're cooking - from tagines to casseroles. And a generous capacity of 4.5L makes it ideal for larger households and families.

A keep warm option means that once cooked, your meal is kept at the ideal, table-ready temperature. There's a glass lid, so you can check on progress without having to open it, while the interior ceramic pot is removable to make it easy to clean. Other features include cool touch handles and an indicator light.

How is this different from an Analogue one? Which is better? I think I've got an old analogue one you see.. but it works fine.

I've got both types. I prefer the digital one because they have a timer. You set the timer and when it's finished cooking it automatically switches to the keep warm function. It's handy if you leave it on all day and go to work. You don't have to worry about it overcooking etc. Likewise if you left it on overnight you can wake up to cooked food. :D
