Sainsbury's Easy Clean Fryer

The Sainsbury's Easy Clean Fryer comes in basic, classic black to fit seamlessly into any sophisticated kitchen setting. With 1800W of power and an oil capacity of two litres, it cooks perfect chips every time!

The deep fat fryer's removable carbon filter means no awful cooking odours - just delicious, crispy fish and chips, fried chicken or tempura vegetables cooked to perfection. With an adjustable thermostat, ready-to-cook light, viewing window and timer control, it's almost too easy to use. The fryer's safety features include cool walls to prevent burning delicate hands or scorching other counter-top appliances, as well as an auto-cut-out function to prevent over-heating. The removable bowl and lid make for easy cleaning, too.

The Sainsbury's Easy Clean Fryer and its parts carry a 1-year guarantee.

This seems a good deal - has anyone got one and could post a review?
Thanks + rep to OP

Got one of these for the same price in store a few weeks ago. Its not bad but if there are more than 2 of you, you need to do several batches as the basket is very small and if you over fill it the handle flips itself down whikst you are shaking your chips about. Only used it to cook chips in so far but they do taste great especially if cooked in crisp and dry.
Worth buying.
Thanks for the review - most of the time there is just the two of us so I think I'll get this -we can always pretend it's for tempura veg rather than CHIPS... rep added
Have seen these in the Newcastle Under Lyme store if anyone was looking for one. They also had a few food blenders half price.
Will have a look, cheers.
