I thought the orange pee was the excess vitamins ( B & C?) and/or reaction to vitamin intake. So I assumed if vitamin intake is identical, then side effects would be too.

I am no pharmacist, so an experiment is in order. :|

which is better, mmm ? mmm ? these or berocca - mmmm ? there's only one way to find out! ( etc etc )

So I've read these taste nothing like Berocca? Is that a good or bad thing?

Wikipedia says "large doses of vitamin B if taken regularly can cause nerve damage." scary :P

Good price. I've been getting Energise Tablets from Wilkinsons for £1.49 for 20 tablets if I remember correctly. All the figures look to be the same apart from calcium (120 mg for Energise).

Just a pity the Sainsbury's near to me is closed for building work until later in the week.

Im confused... why not just pop a vitamin pill? Far cheaper.. AMIRITE?
#12
These are very good. Been using them for a week now and I do feel less tired, switched from Berocca, no great difference between the two except for the taste. Will definately be sticking with these. Give them a go.

Thats true.
Excess vitamins are toxic but you'd need to take a stupid number of tablets to get to that level.
These things have their effects by placebo only, though.

Anyone know if they will be doing a 3 for 2 on these again?

ALDI £1.19 for 20 tablets - exact same ingredients - tastes pretty good - they're called "EFFEEVESCENT ENERGISE" and are located near toiletries / medicines
