Thanks for the effort!

I have to say i strayed into Sainsbury's the other morning early doors after nights as my local Morrisons was not open yet and i thought it was diabolical in terms of range, value and offers! Personally i am a tesco's man but my nearest one is 15miles away! Not voting your deal cold, just felt the need to rant and rave at 8am!

True you're probably find a better selection of deals at Tesco, Asda and Morrisons, although you can pick up a few decent bits and pieces if your near a large Sainsburys and you pick your timing right..

Have some heat OP.

Sainsburys quality is far better than Asda, Morrisons and Tesco on most items, although you do pay more, there are bargains to be had.

Have some heat for the effort you have gone to,but tbh there are better deals/offers in other supermarkets.I guess its how handy stores are for you to get to.
We have an Asda 5 minutes away and Morrisons about 8 minutes away,Tesco 20 minutes away and Sainsburys 15 minutes away

Sainsbury's is good quality and you can sometimes find good deals on food.
#11
Sainsburys picking up the Innocent mantle, where Tescos left off..
#12
Thanks for listing the sainsburys offers as usual.....went in today and could see them starting to put up the deals !!......(_;)

do what I do and use all of the top 4 supermarkets on a rotating weekly basis and only EVER buy the hot deals. Saves me an absolute fortune and also £10 off most shops as just pretend I'm a new member all the time lol

You're fortunate (or maybe not) to live near all 4

I would have agreed with you a couple of years ago. Unfortunately they have lowered the prices of some of the ranges and the quality has become dire. E.G. I used to love their Indian food but it has really gone down hill. For quality now you have to go to Marks and Spencer but even they are starting to go downhill too.

Agree with you about the Indian food range. I love the M&S 'dine in for £10'!

I dont live near any supermarket (I live on a beach!) - I get all my food delivered and its cheaper than going to a store as I always use one of the £10 off vouchers that are on hukd so after delivery charge, I still pay £6 less than people who go to the store :)

well yes but it only takes 1 minute to register as a new customer with a new email address (doesnt even ned to be a valid email address). Some guy on here the other day saying he had a years worth of twice weekly orders from tesco using a £10 off code - you'd think the delivery drivers would recognise the guy at the door lol).

I only use each code every 4 weeks for each supermarket so its a winner for me

Just got £62 of sainsburys BOGOFS delivered for £24 :)

you need a big garage and freezer to store it all though lol

I must admit I'm amazed at the number of people on forums who admit to finding something like £10 off which may be for say a new customer and then abusing the priviledge.

On another forum the other day someone was talking about getting something from Argos and using it for a few days and then talking it back for a refund.

It just proves once again that many Brits have no conscience or sense of right and wrong anymore.
If they saw someone dying in the street they'd probably pinch their wallet and think they were fair game as they couldn't fight back.
