i take it these aren't the freshly baked stuff?
cos all theyd need to do would be start up with the new stuff the next day...

cos all theyd need to do would be start up with the new stuff the next day...
Their freshly baked stuff is probably ready made like most supermarkets, it comes in ready made chilled and just put in he oven, that is why is just says "freshly baked" and not made in store 8)

yes i'm well aware of that but didn't consider it may be to clear frozen stock held in the back rather than just the counter area.

most of the stock has the ingredients prepared and made up in store. Muffins, and large whole cakes are frozen and will most probably have some in the freezer
