This seems like a good deal for a complete suite including wastes and taps.

Free delievery too - unless anybody knows of any better value for money - this doesn't look bad at all for the price..... Bearing in mind it is complete. Would do for a cheap changing rooms type overhauls cheap and chearful! Good spot!

Just looking for bathrooms at the moment. Corner bath is what we are after -ebay seems the best at the moment.
Does anyone know if the shops get rid of 'display' models around this time of year?

That is a very good deal - Bristan are decent make and I believe they are the same / or use the same manufacturer as the Next bathroom suites. My Bristan bath couple of months ago cost almost that price...

Fantastic, Bristan are great.

I have ordered one.

I can't speak for the quality of the acrylic/porcelain but Bristan taps and other brassware are better quality than most unbranded stuff. At this price, the suite is on a par with the basic ones from B&Q or Wickes (ignoring any current sale discounts there) and should be at least as good and probably better. A safe buy if the style suits.

hmm, tempted as we need to do our bathroom soon.... just where to store it until then!!

I've read that you shouldn't go for a less than 8mm bath BTW?

If your on a budget this is WAY WAY HOT!, this stuff is excellent, albeit the budget range the quality is excellent.

Most baths (except in really expensive - usually well-overpriced - 'designer' ranges) will be less than 8mm. The common thickness is 5mm (as here) and it is unlikely to give any trouble unless abused - thousands of baths in use for years testify to that. The bath skin will have fibreglass reinforcement and a stiffening panel which, together with a properly-adjusted frame and feet, will give a pretty solid unit, even if the user is 'lumpy'. You are much more likely to have a problem with surface cracking or chipping (through abuse, e.g. dropping something into the bath, rather than poor design) than any undue flexing or breakage because of wall thickness. Just occasionally, a rogue bath with a thin skin area will crop up - but usually obvious before installation and should be rejected then.

Nice deal if you get the Bristan Quest taps as shown in the picture.
Still an ok deal if you get Cascade branded taps (lower end range of Bristan).

Mine arrived today. Definitely comes with the Quest Taps!! Well pleased for £179 plus quidco. Shame its gone up to £269 for those that missed it.
