sorry - edited into electricals. Put that originally but must have changed it accdientally.

Think it's probably instore only and I don't know how to link to a picture.

I bought the cross trainer at Xmas - great machine till it went faulty. It was one I had to assemble at home. Sainsburys won't exchange it for me until I bring it back to the store. They wont acknowledge the fact I put it together, the box has long gone to landfill and it won't fit in a family car. They are being very unreasonable about it stating they don't own any vehicles themselves - they apparently haven't ever heard of couriers or removals firms. Plus when I do eventually get the replacement item I have to put it together myself again. Just a word of warning if something goes wrong with an item you can't transport. I am involving trading standards so should be sorted soon - it's amazing what can be done if you make the right sounds - shame they just don't listen in the first place and save themselves lots of face.
