I have the triple set of this & its rubbish, looses signal, cuts out etc etc but this price is good, I think I paid £50 -£60 for the triple about 3 years ago which was a good deal back then

certainly cheap so i wouldn't vote cold, but, as with others above, I've owned idect triple pack before and was glad to replace it and take the loss, call quality was awful.

Cheap but terrible, terrible phones. We had the twin pack of these and hated them for the 18 months we had them. Slow, cumbersome, and generally not nice to hold or use - nothing ergonimic about them in the slightest. My wife would have to end calls because her face would get numb holding them!!! I'd go for a slightly more expensive Panasonic over these. In fact i'd go for two plastic cups and a piece of string over these - the sound quality would be better.

I disagree strongly. I have this phone and use it hours every day. Sound is very clear and it has a mute button and speaker. Answerphone works ok but it is not the best feature

I have a few of the originals (Google: Hagenuk Classico).

The Phone is not great. The Hands-Free is almost useless, but will do the job if you're on hold somewhere.
The Battery Life is acceptable. however the design is brilliant (if a bit dated by now). For 10 quid it's well worth it.

Hot!

This particular model is terrible, looks nice but that's it.
The rechargeable battery lasted no time at all after you took the phone off the stand no matter how long it had been charged for - this was only a couple of months after I'd bought it.
Also the phone would stop ringing when you took it off the stand - you'd have to hope it started ringing again quickly so you could answer before it diverted the call to voicemail.
If the handset was off the base it sometimes would not ring at all, again due to constantly having a low battery.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other posters, I too have got this phone. Both me and my wife struggle seating the handset correctly into the cradle, and have also had issues with battery life. We are on our second battery now, which I had to replace late last year. The only saving grace is that the price of this deal is only a bit more than you'd pay for a replacement battery on one of these..
