or chop a butternut squash into small pieces and roast until slightly caramelised, then make a risotto. Once the rice has absorbed all the liquid, hurl in butternut pieces and a goodly chunk of St Agur, stir well and allow to melt into the risotto. Absolutely delicious, very creamy and fantastic flavour, mmmmmm :thumbsup:
