Jump to unread Post a CommentIt was showing the Zstorm as the provider, but I was able to use the provided code at Steam and I'm downloading it from there (Steam) right now.

Edit: Asked @shoptonet on twitter for help and within minutes it was sorted, this was their reasoning:
'the API didn't work and we got no code back from the company we use for the download! so I credited the transaction and re-done!'

Other people seem to be getting it, I already own the game or I'd purchase it from here. Have you tried logging into your account on the website and checking your orders, some sites like GetGamesGo work like that where the code is in your order history.
Does anyone who got their code want to share how they got it?
Not to sound condescending but are you sure you're looking in the right place?
Click account then hover over 'my orders' and click 'downloads'. It should appear there within 2-3 minutes of purchase.

I kinda already did amongst my posts but for clarity sake this is exactly what happened with my order:
Visit http://www.shopto.net
Hover your mouse cursor over 'LOGIN' at the top right of your browser viewing area.
A drop down menu will pop up under 'LOGIN'
Enter your USERNAME/EMAIL in the first input box
Enter your password in the input box below it
Click 'LOGIN', the one above 'Sign up, lost your password?'
You page will be updated and along the top will be several tabs in this order
SUMMARY CARD DETAILS MY ORDERS POCKET MONEY SELL TO OPTIONS CONTACT CENTER
The important one is the third option starting from the left MY ORDERS
If you hover your mouse cursor over that tab a drop down menu will appear joined to that tab giving you the options from top to bottom:
Orders
Codes
Preorders
Lost Parcel Claim
Download
The important one is 'Download' at the bottom.
Click on this button.
The following information will appear from left to right:
Order number Game Name Install Key Download Extras
The install key will be in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Here is where I deviate from some. I believe some of you have used the above install key directly in Steam.
However, under the Download title next to my install key is a clickable link called 'Link'
If you click that it directs you to ztorm.net and a downloadable .exe file. Running this file sets up a mini downloader that manages the download.
I am not sure what happens next, whether I will have to verify with Steam afterwards as my download is not complete yet.
For the poster not getting your code. After payment the info. is there almost instantly. There was no discernable wait time.

I've bought stuff from ShopTo a while ago but it wont let me now.
Keeps saying I've failed 3D authentication - when I tried PayPal it asked me for CC details!
Dokko - you need to login/create an account before they display the 'buy' buttons, although
when I logged in it wasn't obvious when I'd managed to add it to my basket.
I had to check the top of the page.
