This looks good, and has a proper 'return' key, unlike more cheaper keyboards. Voted hot!

Aluminium 'look'?????

What you expect for £6 ? :)))
#5
Aluminium to look like plastic!
#6
maybe I confused now anyway its worth that price

These normally sell for £10 - if you search around you'll see that is the normal price, so the £24.99 is a joke.

Otherwise, these are pretty decent keyboards - I got 2 of them for the kids comps for £5 when svp.co.uk had a sale on - work well and I am very happy with them (and thats coming from someone who spends £100+ on his own wireless keyboard setup). The reason I got these were because the Tesco crappy- £5.50 keyboard they had were awful - constantly missing keypresses - no problems with these Saiteks :)

Kind of a brushed silver trying to look like aluminium, but they are not as ugly as others are suggesting.

Edit: Oh yes, hot at this price.

I agree, Tesco value keyboards are truly horrible - I bought two as spares and not worth the very small amount paid. The Saitek seems a way better deal and voted hot.
#9
Good price for a great brand.

I love my Saitek Eclipse II.

You don't, just something funny going on with the link in the OP.

You don't - OP must have copied link after they were logged in.

Try this instead: http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_5&products_id=106818

(my link really works :whistling:)

Good price for a quality brand, I love my Eclipse too! Ebuyer also have them, slightly cheaper, at £5.98 before delivery, so this would be a great filler item if you wanted to reach their £50 free delivery threshold.
#14
are they actually aluminium?

You don't put "aluminium look" if they are aluminium.

You also don't put 'alumunium keyboard' in the title if it's 'aluminium look' :whistling:

All id want to know is if by Slimline' they mean laptop style cause thats what im after, i find them much easier and quieter to type on.
#19
Voted hot. Not a bad price delivered. It's around £6 on Ebuyer excluding shipping.

The closest you'll find for under £10 is the Microsoft 600 Keyboard (£8.99 from Play.com I think) which I'm using now and it's very much like my NC10's keyboard but it's not the same quality obviously.
#22
Bought one of these a few years ago. It's really quite good but longer term the keys will fade if you type a lot.

One slightly useless factoid is that mine got a full mug of coffee split on it. I soaked it in the sink with soapy warm water, dried it on the radiator and it worked fine again heh. It's since gone to live at my sisters house and is very happy there.

If it's anything like my current Saitek the paint will start to rub off the keys!

But still, it's cheap...

Description is :
Sleek, ultra slim, aluminium look keyboard with soft key touch and multimedia hot keys to maximise your productivity.
#32
If you had kept the word "LOOK" in the title [as it is in their description] it would have been fine and not misleading as it now is.
