Glad to see this gaining some heat now. Seems like a great price. I've no idea why it went cold to start with. There's definitely some "no-brainers" around! Thanks OP.

Does anyone have one of these? Are they any good? And what size are they ?
#3
Im tempted but i already have a breville grill, a george forman grill and a holagan oven, do i really need this?

Healthy Life Style.....seems its all wrong on fat intake....it's carbs and sugar affecting insulin levels...that's the killer
Well this week...... ;)

They are trying to charge me for delivery.

I believe the size is roughly 45cm x 30cm

I read it somewhere and can not find the information anymore.

is this not just a rectangular electric non stick frying pan ?
maybe i should start calling my non stick frying pan a health pan ;)

Plus £1.99 postage! Unless you spend over £20

Is this the same as the Andrew Martin Teppanyaki grill?

Yes they are the same. There are a few exactly the same but with different names. I have used one twice a week for the last 7 months and have to say they are great. Apart from 2000w and slightly buckling due to heat I would say I would buy again.

Did you forget it plug it in and switch it on?

Why is this called a grill? It resembles a rectangle frying pan and works the same anyway?
#12
Beware although this carries the Salter brand it is not made by Salter and is a licensed product
#13
It's the same Teppanyaki that was sold by Shef and a few other licensed brands. I have one and yeah at £17 it's a good, basic grill.

I bought one of these in the summer a larger one 700mm wide - think it cost me £40 and absolutely love it -
It's German (so quality) and it comes with a 2 pin adaptor - I have this and a George Forman hot plate - great for entertaining and less mess than a BBQ just wipe it down when warm

I've had one of these from Aldi for a while now and it's absolutely fantastic, I could do with a bigger one! but great find, heat added.

What about cholestrol?

I think these are for people who either don't own a cooker hob, or who haven't realised you can buy a good frying/griddle/etc pan that effectively does the same thing for around the same price, have more control over the heat, is easier to clean, and will last longer. If you're that worried about the fat you can use something called kitchen towel.

This obsession with buying niche kitchen devices instead of learning to use what you already have to do the same job is crazy.

just ordered thanks for posting. in laws travel through Europe in a motor home and sites give free leccy so this is a winner for them. cheers

I don't get it. Does it not sit in its own fat like any other normal frying pan can't see any escape route lol

Do you even know what you are talking about? Or are you one of those idiots buying energy drinks and protein shakes thinking they are good for you?
It doesn't matter if you eat fat, protein or sugars they all can be converted to energy and they all need insulin

Exactly how can this reduce fat. If it's non stick whatver you cook will be floating in it.
