Samsung 2TB D3 Station USB 3.0 Desktop Hard Drive £57.96 delivered @ Dabs

£57.96 @ BT Shop
This seems a great price for a 2TB (2,000 GB!) external hard drive from Samsung, a well known brand. USB 3.0 and 3 years' warranty too. Don't forget Quidco! Read More

OP .. at first glance I thought this 2TB Drive was 'Portable' (like the 1TB Portable Samsung Hard Drive of the same thing I bought from same Dabs.com people just over 2 Years ago ... not sure if it was a D3 Drive though?, lol) ...

I think you may be getting 'Cold' Votes cos in your Product Title you didnt specify that this was 'Desktop', as opposed to 'Portable', as how i'd originally assumed too? (as for now at least .. a LOT of the Samsung Hard Drives that ship out looking like this are more often then not, are 'Portable Drives', & not so often 'Desktop Drives' also?, so ..... )

May be worth baring that in mind?, & perhaps updating your Product Description to reflect that .....

Cool Drive still .. as the 1TB Portable version of this same Sansung Hard Drive is still serving me strong Today!, so was definately worth me buying.

My Portable version included some Samsung 'System Tools' on it .. no idea if this one will do the same though?

Looks like 'Desktop' was specified?, no idea why cold then? .. maybe cos lots of peeps are 'comparing' it against some of the other current HUKD Deals of 4TB equivalents going for about £100 odd?, who knows .....

I guess the portable ones are 2.5" whereas these are more standard size 3.5" drives (a guess though!).

To be honest, an inch doesn't matter if it's going to be sitting next to my PC all its life! :)

Amazon have price-matched it:

The main reason is not just that, but this one needs a Power adapter while the 2.5 are powered by the USB. Major selling point that is.
