Cheaper at Dixon online
http://www.dixons.co.uk/gbuk/samsung-le40c750-40-full-hd-3d-ready-lcd-tv-05270811-pdt.html

You can get free glass from Samsung connect website by registering the T.V

You do not get the 3D player with this or 3 pairs of glasses

i was just about to put this on :3

Good price but can't help thinking about the far superior 8 Track players that stood collecting dust when Cassettes first came out.

Or the vastly better Betamax Video systems
#9
it says out of stock in my area how is that possible when its home delivery !!!!!
#10
Great Deal with 6% off and 3% via Topcash back, BUT when I tried to order it I got the following message

Sorry, this item is out of stock in your area. Please remove it from your basket and choose an alternative.

I thought Comet were a national company!
#11
That's an awesome deal!
3D here we come :D
#12

#13
Doesn't load when you add it too basket? Just get some generic error page? :s
#14

Been trying for the last hour with no such luck.
#16
No worky for me either.
#17
:S - looks like it's completely out of stock then?
#18
£1,000 for something to make your eyes go funny? What's the point?
#19
out of stock

Looks good folks as I found this page ...

http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/advice/1063/3D-Tastic?amp;cm_re=homepage-_-colmiddle-3dtv

The 46" pack is £1300, which also looks like a deal.

I tried to add a few random 3Dtv's to my basket but got the error page, so maybe a wider issue.

I currently have a 50" so might be too much of a downsize watching a 40"

Anyone know any viewing distances on these things?
#21
I can confirm that this deal is a current valid deal for this weekend only.

They are doing the exact same package with the 46" TV for £300 more. Both TVs are 200Hz!
#22
Oh - should mention - additional glasses are £59.99 if your household is more then 3.

If it was a PS3 instead of the BluRay player I'd get the 46" one.

i was told the 3d active shutter glasses work up to 25 feet away providing there is no light interference

Edit However i would say in general use 15 feet

Not to bad a deal this but just remember you really need a 50" TV and above to really get the 3D effect.

Saw a Panny Plasma 50" 3D the other day and that really had the wow factor.
#28
Ohh noooo! I dunno what to do? Get this, or wait till march when the next gen of 3D tv's come out along with a small surge of content?(killzone/new 3d blu rays)

When you put the item in your basket it says 2 pairs of 3d glasses, so do you think its 2 pairs and then the 3rd pair is by redemption through http://www.samsungconnect.co.uk ??

the third pair is in the box with the TV.
#34
Out of stock i think
#35
Im really tempted by this.

Can you switch between 2D/3D? Is 200hz the best ya gonna get? I dont even really understand the Hz. Google here i come!
banned#36
Can comet not have made the price £1000 so I could use the 8% off voucher code :P lol.

And you can't add a filler item because the 8% off code only works with items that are over £1000 not the total of your basket

Then you got old stock or you threw them away. All recent stock of the C750 has a small white box at the bottom of the TV packaging with a pair of glasses.

Saw the 50" Samsung 3DTV with the extra specs and DVD for £1500 and thought that was good. This is great. Nice find OP.
