Saw this in Colchester Asda yesterday.

Same price at Argos

these are an old TV.
good price but don't expect them to match today's Samsung display.
I would spend a bit more on a 6000 series. esp on a 40 inch TV where you will really see the quality.

Do you have it connected to any consoles? What's the performance like for gaming?

Don't think the poster is even referring to it as a 'problem', its a valid observation which many potential buyers may consider a constraint.

I think you don't understand what a joke is lol, though its hardly a constraint when a switch that costs a few quid sorts the problem.

UE40H5000 for £249 using pricespy

I think I found that and its an open box item

"Please note that this is an open box clearance item. It may have been repaired by the manufacturer, or returned to us by another customer who purchased it in error. The price has been reduced to reflect this." and a 90 day warranty.

Though that model is £279 currently at John Lewis, I wonder if its worth the extra £40 than this deal?

I'm sure JL will price-match, have you tried sending in a request? Not sure if it excludes clearance items though

Of course it excludes clearance items, otherwise whenever JL had a clearance item they'd have to price match to it in their own stores.

Hilarious. Well, if thats a joke then all I can say is your sense of humour is about as well matured and developed as your use of the English language.

Another thing you do not understand is that people dont write their best online just because, and why should they? Oh and by the way I am autistic.

I think your sense of humour is non existant and you are a bit of a drip!
