Looks like a good deal to me. Not read any reviews though as it's 3 in the morning. Cheapest elsewhere I've found is £899 +delivery from Dabs. Found this as I was looking for one myself. Delivery appears to be £6.99 for standard delivery.
Doesn't look like a refurbished item as some do from Microdirect.
Don't forget 3% Quidco for Microdirect (gives you £24.88 back!)

Hope this deals okay as it's my first post.

Sorry about the long detailed description folks :? - will learn from that. Just found it cheaper at but there's no Quidco, so the MD deal still looks a good one.
Hi paulace. Thanks for the post. Sometimes it's better to just put a brief spec in the OP, then follow it up with the detailed spec in the first reply in the thread.

Welcome to HotUKDeals :)
PaulAce... If you can afford a little more I would recommend tracking down a Panasonic 42PX60 which can be had for less than £1000 including 5 year Panasonic warranty.... though stocks are getting harder to find at this price now. Empire Direct online is a good place to check though a little more expensive if all else fails. If you haven't looked into plasma quality then avforums is the place to go. Samsung is not well regarded for plasmas.

EDit : Here's an example but to get the 5 year warranty you need go to the store.

Thanks emmajk42, I realised my long post mistake but could not edit or delete it! I'll remember for next time.

And thanks to you Searcher2, a Plasma with a warranty would be a better deal, especially on a Panasonic. I'll give it look.
