Good retailer, refunded me the price difference on a hoover after I bought it and it went down in price and always get through to a UK based customer support.

Avoid this TV. bought it for £849 from Hughes and sending it back... taking a £35 hit for a courier to pick it up because Samsung want to send an engineer or to look at it... despite only owning it for 10 days and Hughes are refusing to budge unless I get this engineer call. There's a reason Amazon don't stock it anymore... because so many people must return the thing. It looks amazing in terms of motion, colour etc, but suffers from awful uniformity issues... the worst I've ever seen. unacceptable on what's considered one of their top end screens of 2016. Keep saving for an OLED imo.

Will upload a photo of it later...on my phone at the moment so too much of a mission :D

EDIT:
Uniformity issues for those interested:

Ouch! OLED all the way.

Watching 'The Martian' on my new 55B6V now and it's visually stunning!

yeah seems like total luck, but I've read on forums people have to send them back for replacements multiple times before they get a good set. This requires an engineer visit everytime, and to be honest I've not got the time! there's also reports of the screen coming loose on them as well.

can't see me buying Samsung again!

Oled has it advantage but also it problem as well. its double the price. banding issue, imagine retention, not as good HDR(stutter), less bright. not really worth it currently imo

Zero issues with mine. I'm extremely impressed.

I paid £1,500 and got a free 4K player, worth £350, which I needed anyway so hardly 'double the price' of this £880 set. And I got 55" of glorious display.
