Have a long long look at this compared to Panasonic's in your local Comet/Currys before buying, and you'll see were you are "saving" your money.

Why very bargains always get cold votes?

Because normally the 'deals' use a discount code for new customers, but that code is only given to certain people and isn't public, so when masses of orders flood in with that same code the Very admin team take back the money that the discount code took off, as it wasn't given to you.

the price is £599 without any codes/cashback (+£5.95 delivery), which is not bad, i think i saw a samsung 50" in my local currys for the same price.

the 1080p one from dixons or currys seems a better buy

I bought one of the £599 50" 1080p ones from Currys this week, and literally just posted the deal... check out http://www.currys.co.uk/martprd/product/seo/505752?source_id=aw&camp_id=HotUKDeals

these "very" deals should be deleted by the mods, everyone goes cold for the same reasons.

On top of the codes which Very want you to abuse so that they can then charge full price later or not pay i.e. Quidco. The worst scam is the Buy Now Pay nothing until i.e. November - first payment is actually due TWO months earlier!
