This is the MZ-75E500RW model which is the starter kit. Not only is this more than £10 cheaper than the MZ-75E500B/EU model priced at £149.99 but it also includes a sata to usb 3.0 cable worth £7.49. There's also a small tray base mount so can be used as an external SSD drive! (although speeds will be limited to the usb 3 interface). This model has been discontinued by most retailers.

What the heck is meant by TLC memory?

I've had the 250gb version for a few years now. Excellent tier 1 ssd, performance wise and reliability. At the time I bought mine, almost all of the other ssd's in its price range were tier 2 or lower.

That's my ten pence's worth 8)

TLC is a type of NAND being used along with SLC and MLC. That should give you enough info to Google ;)
