Sold by Amazon EU S.a.r.L Usually dispatched within 3 to 5 weeks. Iv'e found when they give a long delivery estimate that it usually still only takes a few days to be delivered, so I would take that delivery estimate with a pinch of salt.

Product Description
Samsung's unique and innovative 3D V-NAND flash memory architecture is a breakthrough in overcoming the density limitations, performance and endurance of today's conventional planar NAND architecture. 3D V-NAND is fabricated by stacking 32 cell layers vertically over one another rather than decreasing the cells dimensions and trying to fit itself onto a fixed horizontal space resulting in higher density and better performance utilizing a smaller footprint. The 850 EVO comes fortified with the latest hardware-based full disk encryption engine. The AES 256 encryption-bit security technology secures data without any performance degradation and complies with TCG Opal 2.0. It is also compatible with Microsoft e-drive IEEE1667 so your data is protected at all times for your peace of mind. The 850 EVO's Dynamic Thermal Guard constantly monitors and maintains ideal temperatures for the drive to operate in optimal conditions for the integrity of your data.

managed to bag a 500GB one for just over £100 (via flubit) last june and looking at the price history it has been £110 a few times so keep an eye out for it happening again, unless 250gb is enough storage

I don't think you'll see that price for a while yet. With NAND demand going up, supply dropping (due power outages & earthquakes). Oh and this little thing:
GBP vs USD

This looks a very good deal now but suspect delivery might be more than a few days. We'll see, i just ordered one.
