Yes. The difference is huge because the SanDisk SSD you linked to is a SATA (AHCI) M.2 SSD and the Samsung SSD in this deal is a NVMe M.2 SSD.

Thank god I havent ordered an SSD yet, looks like I know nothing about them. So the chance of me finding a high speed 1tb one for under £150 is gonna be non existent?
