I was in ASDA this morning and they had phones on T-Mobile for £8.99 too.

Can't say I noticed which but there was a display.

Can't some samsung be unlocked with a code which is the same for all of them? Except you have to enter it everytime you change the sim card?

I dunno, this is going back to my e-tones forum days!

I bought two of these at £9.99 each the other day and got Ikea sim cards for £10 with £20 top ups on them.

Very basic phone but well worth the cash when used on the Ikea network

Yep but with a £10 topup needed,ok for some but i wanted to use the ikea sim anyway so £10 for the phone was better for me

I paid
£9.99 for it from play last week and now I see cpw are selling it for £4.99  seems like a good phone, i bought mine for my teenager 1st phone and not sure if he will behave with it so ideal really, couldn't have one myself though way too basic just depends what you like tbh.

At CPW it's £14.99 because you have to buy £10 airtime on either Orange or T-Mobile.

But didn't you have to get the phone unlocked to use one of those simcards?

Ikea uses T-Mobile's network.
So their sim cards will work in this phone without it being unlocked
