Great price if you can find it at a store near you.

Most of the offers seem to be at various stores it seems to be which stock they have left of the clearance, they have some great offers in store though

hmmmnice111.......... Are you sure this has got Iplayer. As I've got the bdc5500 samsung. I bought this on under standing that iplayer was on and it's not.... Don't no if samsung got the rights yet.
#8
Good if you can find one.
#9
There's been a major row about hardware specs (Google insisted people like Samsung fit hardware they wanted in there but they lost that one) so hopefully things will be sorted out on tha tfront soon.
I would be more intested in whether or not and is so how well these players handle .mkv etc etc?
#10
Samsung should give all buyers of these players like £20 refund.
They were sold as having iPlayer, since early 2010 and AFAIK still don't have it!

Just bought a 3D Samsung TV (the one from Dixons), Blu-Ray player is my next big purchase.. So I'm thinking this'll do the trick if the Tesco's in Shirley has any left!
#18
lets hope it comes with Iplayer applet, as so far existing owners of the BD-C5300 and C5500 series are still waiting for Iplayer to be launched, despite it being advertised..
#19
Nice. Already have a PS3 and I'm not planning on switching from DVD to Blu-Ray any time soon but voted hot anyway

Some mixed reviews;
http://reviews.cnet.com/blu-ray-players-recorders/samsung-bd-c6900/4852-9991_7-33971078.html?uoShowOnly=full&ord=creationDate%20desc&tag=srt;date

Can someone please confirm whether or not this supports NTFS. Seen some reviews that say it does and others that say it doesn't.

Thanks.

Scorcher!! <3

don't forget any PS3 with the firmware update of 3.50 is 3D Blu-ray enabled.
#27
had this for a while teh best player I've used so far. its best for everything apart from 3d as it was one of the 1st 3d players. dvd, 2d bluray play awesome. onboard hd decoding with analog outputs, mkv off ntfs & dvd. this is a media heaven. I loved it but the price was too high for me. its a steal at this price. i cant recomend it enough.

you are having a laugh arent you? Nobody ever finds these deals but great way of building your voting power up lol

Its such an obvious misprice - should be £289 I reckon.

OP should snap all 5 up before they notice and offer them on here :)

So only 1 person has seen this deal and its already 819 PMSL

I have this - good player personally prefer it to my ps3 for 3d movies as its able to display the menus in 3d also. Its worth plugging it in via the ethernet port even if to ensure you have the latest firmware running on it. to be honest I found the internetTV app to be a waste of time, but each to their own. solid player that communicates well with a Samsung television. HOT deal at this price.
#34
Samsung... brrr cold for me.

Samsung focus too much on what there products look like rather than quality.

just picked one up from the Wigan store - think it was the last one (was hidden on the TV stands display amongst the other Samsung BD player boxes).

Can confirm price paid £89.00, plus picked up a handful of the £5 blurays on offer too whilst there :)
