If you like any of those movies it's a good deal, otherwise it's £199 from Play.com or Amazon.co.uk. I think the PS3 is still the best way to go for Blu-ray for the moment, these stand alone players are too slow and not upgradeable to profile 1.1 or 2.0. It's a good deal if you don't care for this extra functionality though.

how are they too slow? as far as i remember they are better in playing blu-ray then ps3. Of course your right about 1.1-->2.0, tbh its better to just grab a hd-dvd player for £20 :P when that has the same lifespan, in theory

80 quid for HD DVD player with 2 DVDs leaves you with£140 to spend on HD DVDs - could get them last week from the oz website for a fiver each! :-D
