The BD-C5300 delivers fantastic full HD 1080p imagery which is super-sharp and finely detailed. The player will also upscale DVDs to 1080p, so your existing movie collection will also look better than ever. HD Audio formats, such as DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD and Dolby Digital Plus are supported for an immersing high-quality soundtrack experience. With HDMI connectivity, you'll only need a single cable to connect the BD-C5300 to your home cinema receiver or TV and to carry both HD audio and video.

The BD-C5300 is Blu-Ray Profile 2.0 compliant, which enables the use of BD-Live internet-based Blu-Ray functions such as the downloading of trailers and extra material, plus Bonusview features such as picture in picture (PIP) modes. For example, while you watch a movie, the director appears in a small window in the corner of the screen and gives you simultaneous commentary.

The BD-C5300 will also play your CDs, as well as DivX, MP3 music and JPEG photo playback from disc or compatible USB devices such as memory sticks or portable MP3 players. Internet connection gives you access to Samsung's [email protected] service as well as BD-Live content. To cut down on the number of wires you can make the BD-C5300 wireless, with the separately available Samsung WIS09ABGNX Wireless LAN adaptor, perfect for connecting to your Wifi home network.

All of this and the BDC5300 comes with 6 free movies- Up, Toy Story, Mamma Mia, 300, Bruno, Sweeney Todd- so you can enjoy the quality output straight away.

Great price for an internet enabled BD player and with 6 free movies! including Toy Story and Up :D

Good deal, hot from me:)
I think Samsung are linked to the History Channel. Streamed their video content on PC and was interesting.

Did hear mixed news on BBCi Player on this.

If you get £30 for the Blu Rays then it is a lot better than the old Samsungs doin the rounds for the same money which have been rated hot.

Hot from me as a Sony 370 user
I'm sure you'd get at least £30 for the disks on eBay
Shame about the movies, seen or own 3 of them and no interest in the other three but still a good find.
Nice deal but out of stock atm
Players are getting cheaper!
Not voting, I'd rather buy those recent player for £60 without films, than these 6 films.
"The player will also upscale DVDs to 1080p, so your existing movie collection will also look better than ever."

Highly debatable - it might look worse.
HMV in Preston had these now for £99.99. Could be nationwide now discount.
