So, was looking to upgrade my TV setup as I'm currently using a 10 year old dvd player and an old sky box to pick up freesat. I wanted to upgrade to hd and blu ray but also wanted to cut down on wires so was looking for a box that does everything and found this ...

Seems a great price as lower spec models cost more. Gets pretty good reviews, there's the odd gripe about its internet connectivity but I wouldn't be using that so seems good to me.
The Panasonic DMR players seem more highly regarded but they cost £400+ and that's out of my budget.
I value your opinions and I know there's some technically savvy people on here after reading some of the dslr camera threads (!) so is this a good deal?
Thanks guys (and gals).
