No that was okay, as people profited.

It was the get your telly for free if England win the world cup that scammed people.

They failed to pay my cashback on a computer I bought last year and just denied receiving the form - not great. Sorry but on my personal experience - cold.

AWESOME - called beyondtelevision about this. They issued me a VAT invoice dated 17/9/10 so it would be valid for the promotion. 40" Samsung UE40C6620 for £579 after topcashback including delivery.

HAPPYDAYS :D

OOS or i'd have posted it on here!!!

Careful with this one. I recently bought a Samsung UE40C7000XKX from Costco which came with a free Samsung Blu Ray 3D player and two pairs of 3D glasses. As it was part of a bundle I checked out the terms & conditions for the cash back deal online and nowhere did it mention either Costco or bundles/packages. The T&C's also confirmed that the model number UE40C7000XKX was eligible for the £150 cash back. As an extra measure I also phoned the helpline listed on the T&C's to check that I was entitled to the cash back, explaining that I was buying a package from Costco. The lady on the phone thought that it would be fine but double checked with a colleague who also confirmed (verbally) that I would be entitled to the £150 cash back. I went ahead and bought the TV and applied for the cash back. I received an e-mail 4 days later saying that the TV I had bought from Costco was not eligible for cash back, even though the model number matched those listed in the T&C's exactly! I am fighting my corner at the moment and will be putting the TV back to Costco for a full refund if they don't give me the cash back as promised. Shame, such a great TV too!
