Quite underwhelming specs, you can do so much better for a little bit more.

Voted cold.

I might be wrong but its not brand new. It says its as new. Does that mean its used?

Probably refurbished. I wouldn't risk a new Samsung and wouldn't touch a refurb with a bargepole. Even worse, it's from Bigpockets. :whistling:

Actually, reliability of Samsung's notebooks is very high.

From their website :

These are Remanufactured Grade A as “AS NEW” Samsung units, meaning that they have been returned to a major retailer either as a failed delivery, under a money back guarantee, cancelled order or unwanted gift.
The product is therefore returned to the manufacturer where it is tested (repaired if faulty) and reboxed by Samsung. Some units may have slight marks from the handling they receive. Each item has been upgraded with the latest software, re-packaged and re-boxed in retail cartons.

so they are not refurbs or used as such, if that helps

So where does "returned" and "repaired if faulty" fit in with the "New" description then? If something IS bust, and then repaired then it IS a refurb, and should be described as that?

I think the kindest words I can use about the descriptions this company uses are "creative"

Read the posts.

There is a much better spec Comet Toshiba Laptop for £358 posted MINUTES before the original post on this thread! It is even on the same page when I saw it!
This has a full 12 months warranty, more power more RAM, found without even bothering to search the site for posts or anywhere else! It can also be collected from various stores around the country, so taking into account the £7.49 Bigpockets delivery charge,(the true cost of this item is £342.48) it makes it £15.52 difference getting it this way!
