Good find Ducky

Can you ring 0870 numbers from Vodafone or 0774

I have heard a lot of bad things about coolnewmobile's cashback handlings and customer services. can someone further comment on this before having to buy this deal.

hotlatte, there's a feedback thread in ducky's signature above
hotlatte, I recommend CoolNewMobile. Please see my posting in the feedback forum.

Thanks ducky & you have my vote on this
Thanks Edi. :)
Has anyone seen the same sort of free 12 months deal on orange with same phone ?

There were a lot of Orange offers last month and the month before but there haven't really been any this month. I guess they've been giving less commission to retailers because they are meeting their sale quotas anyway, but as they stop selling as many phones the commissions will go up again... :)
Thanks for this. Seem's a great offer and one I might take up.

Can someone explain this to me though. The website says:

"12 months free line rental - Equivalent after cashback
£315.00 CASHBACK"

at £30 a month, shouldn't that be £360 cashback?
Vodafone only charge £15 per month for the first 3 months, so they only need to give you £15 per month cashback for the first three months. That equals £315 for the year.

Hope that helps!!
avoid like the plague , they will not pay out !! .... trust me , i am currently threatening legal action ... all t&c's followed to the letter and all claims sent by registered post .... please BEWARE of this company!

Whilst I sympathize with you, there is a thread to discuss what you have written. It's the feedback thread, not every deal thread from the same retailer, particularly this one which is over a month old!

UPDATE - It's actually a year and a month old!!! Please keep your posts in the relevant threads rather than dig up all the old threads.
I would agree, avoid CoolNewMobiles, i am out £330 because they wont pay out.
