Are they better than CoolNewMobile ?
I have heard a lot of bad reviews for these companies in general.

So just trying to understand how good they are in giving cashback if we submit the bills properly, in time etc.

There is a similar deal going on with CNM which I backed out after I got to know their reviews.

I've had 2 cashback deals with e2save & 1 currently with Carphone Warehouse and never had any problems getting my money from either.

I am on the lookout for a new phone and although this looks like a great deal, I have to say that I am wary after reading feedback on this company.

They allowed only 21 days for cashback claims when many failed to submit on time. Now they allow standard 30 days. Always send the correct 'original' bill by recorded delivery & you should be fine..

I know that on CNM and here you cannot 'port' your existing number - just wish to know if you can do it through Vodaphone when the contract is set up?

The only folks that seem able to 'port' on Vodafone are Buymobilephone.net and they seem to get a poor write up.

Apologies for going off topic - but would like to take advantage of one of these deals but need to keep my number.

By the 'original' bill, you mean just not a photocopy, right ?

Yeah... no photocopies :)

Edi, I've posted a question in the CNM feedback thread, could you have a look at it for me please ?

Thanks man. :)

As Edi says please read T&C's very carefully as they are confusing as i have had charges taken of the claim for early claim:x .The deal is very good but can become very costly if things go wrong.

Taken from PhoneBoxDirect Terms and Conditions:
http://www.phoneboxdirect.co.uk/terms.htm

£201 to £600 claims

Instalment 1: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, that arrives showing you have been connected for 4 months. i.e. if you were connected on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection. See porting below

Instalment 2: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, dated 180 days (6 months) after connection.

Instalment 3: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, dated 240 days (8 months) after connection.

Instalment 4: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, dated 300 days (10 months) after connection.

Instalment 5: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, dated 360 days (12 months) after connection.

Again please read the thread link below so that you can plan and prepare properly for cashback contracts and not lose hundreds of pounds which is what they are banking on:
