Ok, so it's a fairly basic phone, but it's effectively free with £60 worth of calls and £5 Quidco.

You also qualify for other Orange rewards. Maybe a good phone for the kids.

1 £60 top up credit delivered over first 6 months of connection at £10 per month.

2 Top up credit only valid with the phone (IMEI) provided as part of he 'Fully Loaded' offer.

3 The first 'Fully Loaded' top up is redeemable at point of first activation via or calling 0845 880 1234.

4 Subsequent five 'Fully Loaded' top up credits available from the same day of each calendar month as official Orange network connection. Consuder will recieve a reminder text message each month when top up is available with a unique authorisation code (example SMS below).

5 Authentication code and mobile number required fro subsequent 'Fully Loaded' top ups redeemed via web or call centre as above.

6 'Fully Loaded' top up credit will be applied on verification of code, normally within the hour but may take up to 24 hours during busy periods.

7 Authorisation codes must be redeemed within 28 days of issue. Date ans time of code expiry will be included in the text alert.

This phone is only £9.99 in Argos.
It's a £10 phone (argos/tesco). So you are basically getting £60 of credit for £40.

However as the credit is tied to the phone IMEI code if you lose it or break it, or even if it goes faulty under warranty and they replace it - you potentially lose the credit.
Which looks like a pretty good business model to me - a number of customers never using the credit they pay for!

Therefore NOT a 'good phone for the kids' or anyone accident prone.
