If this is similar to the 7kg ecobubble that I have then it's a good machine but you can actually only use the top weight+spin speed on one of the programmes (which takes nearly 3 hours!). Most programmes have lower maximum weights and/or a lower top spin speed. Probably a good idea to have a look at the manual if you are thinking of buying one.

We have the same one and have similar problems as you have said - the full 9kg load cannot be done with the 1400rpm speed otherwise you'll have a rather large, expensive breezeblock. The fairies inside tell you, so its not like you have to sit and weigh out your clothes beforehand.

On the plus side, we put in approximately what our old machine (7kg) could take and most of it comes out damp at best at 1200rpm, could almost take the socks out and put them on your feet, they are that dry! If I had an extra 3 year warranty like this deal does, I'd probably run it on full every time.

Hot deal - paid considerably more only a couple of months ago.

Good price as paid more last week but couldn't hold out till the sales as the washing mountain was huge.
We replaced an old siemens machine and wow is this quiet and washing does seem cleaner and more fluffed up.
Timing wise my wife uses the daily wash programme and it takes just over an hour at 40-60 with 2 rinses and a 1400 spin. As previous comments spin very effective.
1 week in but highly recommend so far.

I have this machine and the cotton wash takes up to 3 hours with a full 9kg load but the washer automatically changes the wash time depending on the weight of the load. The daily wash setting takes 1 hour but max load is 3kg. This is an excellent washing machine.

Just ordered the 11kg version of this machine. Similar price at John Lewis and AO, but got it from AO as the delivery dates were weeks away with John Lewis. Could of had it tomorrow with AO, but better fixed for Tuesday. You know that you're getting old when you feel excited about a washing machine!

Same spin speed. same load capacity, & same price; for comparison:

"Bosch Logixx WAS32562GB Washing Machine 9KG 1600 spin A+++ from £699 to £499 @ John Lewis"

How did you manage that if you don't mind me asking? Its £499 when I look.

Ordered this online in the end, I was in two minds between the WF90F5E3U4W and this the WF90F7E6U6W. In the end the extra spin speed and the vibration tech, and mycycle just edged it for me.

The two units are very similar and although the later is 50mm deeper (presumably to accommodate the vibration ball bearing mechanism), slightly more energy and water consumption. For £60 more I thought it was reasonable. Hope this is going to be a reliable unit lasting 5 years+. My previous unit which no longer turns the tub is a Bosch lasting 10 years until a month back.

How's everyone who bought this getting on with their unit?
