yes it does clarkee, but make sure you ask for it, as a friend of mine didn't get one and he's gonna go back.

Cheers dealsfinder, I think that process must be repeated with each network you want to unlock to, unless I did it wrong.

do you have to ask, as it wasnt on display when i went?

Just rang the Hereford shop who told me that this offer does NOT include the micoach accessories :-( - pity as I'd have gone for this otherwise.

Can anyone else confirm this please, as if they ARE available in some stores I may be able to get O2 Hereford to get them for me and I'll go now and get the phone.

Cheers

It does include it, maybe they just dont have any in stock. Guy in the shop I went to said he hadn't sold a single one of these since having them.

You should have a couple of extra items- the pedometer and heart rate monitor but....
O2 Hereford said the phones available now do not have the extras that the phone had at launch

Hey quick question

I recently washed my contract phone at 60 degrees (smart move I know) so I went into the 02 shop and seeing as I didn't have it insured, the best thing they could offer me was a crappy old school nokia that is almost impossible to hear someones voice on and the texting is really awkward.

If I bought one of these samsungs, could I skip the £10 credit seeing as I'm already on contract and just buy the phone...? Does it even work on contract?

The only reason I ask is to save me going all the way into town to get a grumpy 'no' from the staff at the Milton Keynes store. Any clues anybody?

Not sure about when you're on contract but I used my wife's O2 PAYG number to get £7 odd off a Sony W350i for my daughter (who already had a SIM) and also didn't have to get the £10 top up because it was for an existing customer so probably maybe!

No you still need to buy the stupid £10 voucher, yes it works on any sim, contract or not

Nice phone for the price. Here is the process to unlock the samsung f110.

1. First do a CUSTOM reset: *2767*2878# (star 2767 star 2878 hash) with o2 sim and it will restart automatically then turn off the phone .
2. take out the battery and sim and put wrong network SIM and insert a HALF of it,ie half in and half out and slip the battery in behind it,this is important
so it won't ask for network password and shows "Insert SIM" message.
Now put the battery ,and switch the phone on .(phone shows "Insert SIM" message.)
3.With out turning off the phone push the sim fully in. At this stage the phone is still asking to "Insert SIM"
4. Make a FULL reset by typing: *2767*3855#(star 2767 star 3855 hash)
5. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" sim inside.
6. Make a Change the NCK password to 8 zeros by typing: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
(star 7465625 star 638 star 8zeros star 8zeros hash)
7. Now Disable network lock By typing: #7465625*638*00000000#
(hash 7465625 star 638 star 8zeros hash

I tried and worked well.
#32
It worked up to stage of accepting different network sim card but not accepting 8 zeros as password. . The step 6 gives me message 'already personalised'. Step 7 keep coming with message 'wrong password'. Any idea what migh be wrong?
#33
Be very wary of trying this.... You can end up with your IMEI (Phone's unique identifier) at 15 zero's 000000000000000 (Check this with typing in *#06#)

If this happens the phone will become Blacklisted and unusable, you will have to take to a mobile shop to be fixed.... At around a fiver...

Also if you don't want to try the above method.... These Samsungs will be unlocked at a mobile shop nowadays for a fiver, done the correct way....

@TARIQUE Try the procedure from the start again, adjusting the SIm card a little at the back...

i didnt have to pay for the top up because im already on o2. before i bought it i asked the guy if instead of buying the sim and putting £10 on it, could i just buy top up for my phone, and he said yes. When paying he told me that i could get a discount on the phone beacuse of topping up, or just get extra credit. no idea what the deal was but i think i told him that id like the credit and he said it would mean i wouldnt need to top up. sorry i its not too clear but if you are already on o2 and dont want to buy the credit or another sim, just say that you are on o2 and feel your way through. really nice phone by the way! i didnt get the extras though, has anyone manged to go back and get them after buying the phone?

Yeah the guy offered that to me too, but I was on contract so couldn't do it apparently.

As for the sports kit, it was a subject to availability kind of thing, so you have to be lucky.

I bought this for my son yesterday.

We were given the phone and an arm holder thingy was in the box along with the charger and instructions.

The shop called today and said we hadnt picked up the accessories, so could I go back and pick them up. So we did today.

The box has the 2 accessories in it AND a space for the smaller box the phone comes in. So I believe that these phones should come with the micoach accessories in the bigger box, not the normal small mobile phone box.

ETA: Try speaking to the Manager of the shop, it was the Manager who called me, the chap that served me yesterday was not very helpful.

Got one this morning from the Burton on Trent O2 shop, if you know a PAYG o2 number you do not need to buy the £10 top up voucher and they also give you £1.53 upgrade discount.

Total coat = £27.82

Man said they were over £100 at launch and selling cheap as they no longer have stock of the heart/blood pressure kits.

Tel for Burton store 01283 511181

Yep - I can confirm that the F110 is on offer nationwide, but the heart rate monitor and pedometer are subject to store stock.
