looks like Seagate (who now own Samsung HDD) are going to be cutting their Barracuda Green warranty to just 12 months - guessing that the Samsung F4 drives will be brought in line and issued with the same 1 year warranty over the coming weeks.

1 year warranty :(. It is bad enough that a "2T drive" only have between 1.7 to 1.8 usable storage.Wonder how HD manufactures will get round this with 4T drives?
