Ok, so not a great deal compared to cashback deals, but for those who do not wish to go down the cashback route this is a good alternative.

You can get the Samsung G600 (worth £200 ish), a nintendo Wii (worth £150) and £45 quidco (possibly) for a term cost of £480. I work this out as £95 for the year and no cashback worries. The Phone should arrive within a day or two, and the Wii within 28 days, just in time for christmas when there should be a strong demand (if you wanted to sell).

12 month contract

I've posted this in the hope someone will find something better :giggle:
#2
what you want the g600 or the wii with a mobile phone?
#3
Quidco tracked and paid very quickly when I went for the phones2yourdoor/WII deal posted mid-August. Wii also arrived pretty quickly too.
#4
So after selling the phone and the wii, you're left with a sim that most people that take advantage of these offers don't even use.

This sim will cost you approx £100
#5
I disagree thesaint.

I get these deals..sell the phone...and use the SIM as my phone for the year. For £8 a month, it would be a good deal..and less hassle and worry than the usual cashback. For that reason..i am voting hot.

Also probably great for people who want to give a Wii to somebody in the family for Xmas, without splashing £180 in 1 hit.

well i got a u700 from vodafone when it first come out on £20 a month and got £58 quidco. i make sure i never go over as i have another contract as well. i sold the phone for £189 including postage so basically i have a 12 month contract for free and if vodafone change there terms and conditions like o2 did recently i will be making alot of profit as i will be able to cancell the contract with 30days notice.

i had a virgin o2 and vodafone contract.

the virgin and vodafone ones are direct debit out of an account that has the money in there to take to pay them off only no other money and its earning intrest all the time.

the o2 one was to get a phone for my sis and only had to do 6months of the 12month contract as they change the terms and conditions so i was allowed to cancell the contract.

SO I ALWAYS END UP BETTER OFF WITH CONTRACT DEALS.

i use a comparison site always to get the best deal and always get something out of it.

one i can see working out good is

LG KU990 Black

http://www.coolnewmobile.com/deals/lg-ku990-black-3-three-15-texter-18-month-cashback/

LG KU990 Black
18months with three
75 Cross Network Anytime Minutes
600 Texts
£15 a month
Phone cost £79.99

total cost £349.99

take away quidco £314.99

phone sale £290 to 350

total cost between £24.99 to -£35.01

minus postage cost and ebay fees.

18 month contract £40 or less - interest on cash in account

Well, I want 12 months free altogether...I do need a new contract after leaving 02. I suppose it's easier to sell a phone and wii, get the money up front and pay £90 over the year than it is to get the same for free but remembering cashback
#10
This is a fantastic phone, I got it today and its one of the best phones I have ever had.
#11
Get £170ish for phone and wii with wii sport are at £200 at the moment,so say another £170. quidco £45.

£170+£170+£45=£380 so ya will be paying between (120-90)

what about the deal i posted what ya think about that? only problem is no phone on ebay so might see like mad or get less as its brand new and people dont know much about it.

But its the best phone on the market now beating the N95 with the camera software on it

http://www.cex.co.uk/product.php?sku=SWIIWIIE001

wii £161

and ebay g600

no game for the wii when purchase with phone by the looks of it
#13
the LG is a lovely phone, but there's the fact of an upfront fee, I'm not really in a position to be spending on a phone..well, I don't really want to! But others might be unable to. As you say, there's no measure of value to compare it to. Is it £15 a month without cashback?
#14
do you think the Wii has wii sports?
#15
no wii sport it says online the best thing is what you posted probably. might be worth geting wii sport befor you sell.

With all the hype regarding the short supply of Nintendo Wii, how likely is it that you will get one before Christmas?

Had a huge fall out with 02. They breached the T&Cs on the contract, I cancelled and they moved me to £15 a month offer till i decided what to do. I phoned them up and they said I would be treated as a new customer, so no good deals!

It said exactly the same with the Wii offer in August - but Wii Sport was included in the box. I'd say there was a good chance that it will be the same.

I think th best deal was 8 months free +u700 + Nintendo Wii which was available from P4U which would have given a net profit of £~150-200. That involved cashback's but that was a HOT DEAL. I hesitated and missed out as P4U were messing me about sending me the cheque for my previous contract with them.
