It's actually a poor man's Galaxy S2, which is a sensible man's iphone :p
Though you can replace "poor" with "doesn't want to spend £400 on a phone" too :p

The injunction found that Android 2.3 infringed on the patent but Android 3.0 and above did not. All the Korean electronics maker needs to do is update the banned phones and the injunction will be un-enforceable
It's not its you fool. Don't correct spelling if you are going to make grammatical errors yourself.

Their, their. It's all right. It'll be OK. :p

True but to upgrade the 2.3 phones to 3.0 they would have to recall all the 2.3 phones. I really can't see them doing this, they are more likely to sell them off at a reduced price.

Doessn't "their" mean "belonging to" and "there" mean "location", making the correction correct? :S Not going to patronise, would rather learn from my own mistakes :).

The guy put "its" instead of "it's" while correcting somebody. At least neither of them said "I brought a galaxy ace from the shop". That one gets on my nerves.
From what I understand, the judge in Holland will have his decision overturned pretty quickly so I doubt there will be a significant price cut because of the patent dispute. They still have the galaxy tab 10.1 on sale in the U.K despite Apple's win because of doctored evidence in Germany. I don't really know the specifics of the case but apple usually try to get ill informed judges in regional courts to rule on stuff like this. I am looking forward to the day when google turn around and say "we have found out that Motorola (whom we recently aquired) actually have a patent that will cover all mobile phones. From now on you will need to pay us £500 for every handset you manufacture". That would serve Apple right.

Ahh, I just assumed the "its" scenario was a mistake from the OP (I also double tapped the "S" key so I'm glad I didn't get on a high horse :) )
Totally agree, this s**t slinging match in the courts is a pathetic route to go down by anyones judgement, millions spent on rediculous "you can't use 2 fingers on a touchscreen as that was my idea" patents rather than actually developing products. If someone can't see that the consumer (apple and android) is going to suffer from this, they are a mindless idiot.
