  Some are locked and some are unlocked. Pot luck really. The one I got was locked BUT later ones have been delivered unlocked though.
  
  Unlock codes can be bought for £10 on eBay.
  
  Cashback through both Quidco and TCB has been tracking at £10 instead of the advertised £3.85.
  
  Without a doubt the best budget phone deal around below the price of the San Fran.

  Before any asks the answer is YES you can use a Giff Gaff (or Tesco) sim in this. Even if it's locked.

  Agree with the lottery regarding locked or unlocked. I followed the thread on the previous posting and bought this phone on assumption that the newer stock was unlocked. That theory appeared to be correct when I received mine. Thanks for your postings on the previous thread.

  I bought 2 of these on Thursday last week off this site . My wifes works great but mine has a camera fault and has had to be sent away for repair through o2. A great phone though so i'm sure i have just been unlucky. They said they couldn't replace it because it was no longer on their computer system for sale but 4 days later they seem to have found some stock from somewhere .

  Bought one for my son last week. Once order was taken the only notification I got was a text from the delivery people 24 hrs before it arrived. V nice phone and abargain at this price. Recommended. Have some heat.
