on orange, but i'm almost 99% sure that if you ask for a pay as you go top up, you dont have to have the £10 top-up

The Samsung Europa is the smartphone for people who want top notch technology without having to read up about it. This sleek little Android comes kitted with everything you could possible want minus all those annoying bells and whistles.

2.0 Megapixel Digital Camera

Automatic location tagging (Geotagging) of images and videos

MP4/H.263/H.264 player

Downloadable gaming

MP3/eAAC+/WAV music player
The 2.8” touchscreen is easy to use and pretty darn responsive thanks to the 600MHz processor and Android 2.1 operating system. The company’s very own social hub is onboard meaning you can swype your way around all those networks.
The 2megapixel camera should satisfy those image urges, and the FM radio with RDS and mp3 player is sure to win over the music junkies. Throw in 3G connectivity and a reliable and speedy web browser and this is shaping up to be one impressive piece of kit. The Samsung Europa is without a doubt, the perfect starter smartphone.

£6.50 Topcashback too.

How does this compare to the Orange San Francisco, which is the same price on the Orange website?

Is it the same as a Galaxy S, or is Europe a cheaper one?

2.8" screen on this Vs 3.5" AMOLED screen on SF.

The SF looks a better deal. I am tempted to get one, although as my contract is with Three I would rather buy one from them. They had refurbished HTC Heros for around £160 recently, although these have now disappeared. Hopefully some better deals will appear soon!
