Its on Three, unfortunately. Otherwise this would've been just what I was looking for.

What's wrong with 3??? And does the S3 have 'push email' and does that mean that my emails will turn up jus as they do on my blackberry or will I hav to log into my acc everytime I want to check them? Thankyou in advance

Are 3 that bad? Before I order.

      I like Three. They try.
Customer service used to be a bad joke - about 2-3 years ago they made a real effort to improve and it worked. Unfortunately the reputation for appalling customer service lives on.

Like all the other providers their signal strength can vary from location to location. Worth checking that it's good enough in the places you'd use the phone before committing to a contract.

2 years is a long time to stay tied to a last-gen phone.

It's a brilliant deal, bought two in the last two months and had excellent customer service and no problems whatsoever. I thinks you will find this offer hard to beat. Also had previous phone numbers transferred to these new phones and it was all handled very quickly. If you like the phone this is a great offer, they throw in norton mobile security software free as well.

The phone is not free OP, you just don't pay for it up front. I would estimate that you are paying about £216 for the handset over the course of the contract. This assumes that the actual contract allowances are worth £10/month (which seems reasonable). Thought I would clear that up for you. It's still not a bad deal though. Great phone though, and still will be in 2 years time.

anyone can help me, getting 600 mins+ 500 txts + 250mb (should be enough for my missus as she just uses for email ONLY) + some landlines around this monthly charge ?

Pedantry does not become you. We all know he means that you just don't have to pay additional cash up front for the phone...

The handset is free as there is no additional handset charge .. the cost of the SIM contract included is not hence the monthly outlay :p

Three is ok, geographic limitations (like all networks) - and truly unlimited data, I go through 4gb+ a month - not a peep.

Used to be, I was with them some years back and they sucked big time but tried them again two years ago (still with them ) and this time a completely different experience, I'd now say there CS is pretty good.

You know this is for an s2 right?

3 are the worst network ever! I wouldn't use them again if they were free!

I got this, but with an extra 200 mins about 10 months ago at £20 a month. My advice would be to go through to the cancellation dept of your existing network and negotiate something like this. Most will bend over backwards, especially as the phone is not latest technology...

The gmail app on all android phones isn't push...unless you turn on 'auto sync' put that is seriously inefficient and not actually push. Not sure about samsungs own email client. You can download email apps from the playstore that are push though.. 'k-9 mail'

i wish people would stop buying 2 year contracts, they used to be a rarity now they are becoming common and 12 month are getting rarer. It wont be long before they start trying to push 36 month contracts!
