  That's "used" condition though. Could well be marked. You need 'like new' condition to make sure you get an unmarked one.

  I've bought a couple of items from the warehouse (used like new) and the only difference from 'new' I could see was the box had been opened (seal broken) I would however be a little wary buying 'used like new' from a 3rd party seller.

  I vote this deal hot for the price and the product but the S3 will be out just before the Olympic games. This handset is much raved about and I ditched my iPhone 4 over it. Used it for two weeks and it honestly wasn't that special. If thats the best handset in the world I'll take my iPhone 4S over it anyway. Bitterly disappointed with it after all the hype and acclaim it got. Android still has quite a way to go before it's on the same level as Apple.
