The S3 is imminent...... thats why its price has dropped everywhere. Probably best to hold off in the long run.
Otherwise, a good deal

True but if you want to spend £280 on a smartphone there is surely no better deal available?

The S3 will be about £500 sim free (at least) when it first comes out.

S3 should be out in May, but this is still a good deal, although there are plenty available on AVForums for the same price if not less.

They could have meant prices should drop even further soon

That's "used" condition though. Could well be marked. You need 'like new' condition to make sure you get an unmarked one.

EDIT : This deal is expired by the look of it - the As New one must have gone.

It said used / like new

damn! just went to buy and its no longer in the basket

Doesn't very good condition mean like new?

The End
Doesn't very good condition mean like new?

I've bought a couple of items from the warehouse (used like new) and the only difference from 'new' I could see was the box had been opened (seal broken) I would however be a little wary buying 'used like new' from a 3rd party seller.

264 used very good condition. Still cheap nice one

Anyone know what very good means in mobile terms from Amazon warehouse?

Do you get original box and charger/leads?

I vote this deal hot for the price and the product but the S3 will be out just before the Olympic games. This handset is much raved about and I ditched my iPhone 4 over it. Used it for two weeks and it honestly wasn't that special. If thats the best handset in the world I'll take my iPhone 4S over it anyway. Bitterly disappointed with it after all the hype and acclaim it got. Android still has quite a way to go before it's on the same level as Apple.

Good Price... Heat Added :)
#19
Any idea if you get any warranty with these?
#20
This is a good price for an unlocked s2, have some heat, I will wait for the s3 though.

Hmm do Korean ones work over here then I left one there oO they usually had sims built in -so you couldn't put anything else in, so none of the other phones I've had from where worked. HMM

30 day warranty? or am I wrong?
#23
Great phone and this is a total bargain with amazons best in business customer service.
RSAP, dnla, expandable memory the screen is huge and great quality.

I paid £340 for mine before christmas and its been a great purchase. I have no doubt Samsung would honour a 12 month warranty with it comming from Amazon.

Fair enough s3 out in a few months but you will be looking at £500 sim free for a good while. When you consider 4s still go for around £450 used on ebay this really is alot of phone for the money.

Would be locked to O2 though, and how much cheaper is it? You have to pay upfront for the phone on cheapest contracts, let us know how you get it cheaper plus the cost of unlocking the phone for people who don't want to use O2. Not saying you're lying just back up what you say and help others.

Respectively RSAP and DLNA are not really the features I would have mentioned as plenty of other much cheaper Android phones have those capabilities. This is a fast dual core phone, with a reasonable camera and excellent large AMOLED display. This and the Nexus are some of the best Android phones currently available, obviously soon to be overshadowed by imminent quad core offerings. This is a good price, and since I absolutely hate my Galaxy S-lag tragic phone of doom, I will be seriously considering this phone, although I want the vastly more expensive Xperia S really, which is soon to be released. The worst thing you could say about this phone is that it has the build quality of a squirrel fart and is made out of cardboard.
#28
Fishmaster could you be a bit more precise please. Is the squirrel fart and cardboard comment meant as a recommendation or not. Lol

how is it crazy cold u aint got funds your issue !! cheap for a very decent phone iphone 4s over priced iphone 4 better deals your choice still Top phone this!!

Now available for £279.82 Used - Like New.

With the warranty, we got a TV from Amazon Warehouse and after 5 months it died. We emailed Amazon and they gave us all our money back once we had returned the TV. It seems they are pretty lenient with the "90 day" warranties.

Well it was meant to indicate that this phone doesn't quite have the quality of competitors phones in terms of materials and build quality :)
#32
Very tempted by this but thinking like others that the price will drop once the S3 is released.
#33
Thanks OP ordered.

90 day warranty is a concern. The standard is 2 years isn't it?

I disagree, I've got an iPad 2 on iOS 5 and don't think it's that special and the whole iTunes thing is a pain in the a*se.
Tried an iPhone 4 not 4s and screen is too small, SGS2 hits the sweet spot.

Cold from me.

The warehouse descriptions are never true. They say its like new, but more likely than not you'll receive one with packaging in poor condition or everything will stink of stale smoke.

Best off buying one brand new off ebay for a little more.

Misinformation, read this >

http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/bills/article-1677034/Two-year-warranty-EU-law.html

The product here has a 90 day warranty, that is the warranty, it doesn't have a 1 year or 2 year warranty, it's 90 days. Which incidentally is better than most offerings you'll get on ebay on this item.

Also bear in mind that a lot of these phones have poor screens, as in, they have yellowing on one side of the screen, varying in severity. There are also a lot of screen that are washed out and actually look worse than bog standard LCD screens.

The white model has less of these problems reportedly though.

A 'new' one meaning one that is branded as new condition, which will be around £350 and have little or no warranty, I checked Ebay and if that's your deal I vote it cold.
