  The product here has a 90 day warranty, that is the warranty, it doesn't have a 1 year or 2 year warranty, it's 90 days. Which incidentally is better than most offerings you'll get on ebay on this item.
  

  
  
  I must be being dim... but I've been trying to find out where it mentions the 90 day warranty. I have bought a couple of things from them in the past from the Amazon Warehouse and assumed it was a 1 year warranty. Where is the warranty outlined? Thanks.

  Also bear in mind that a lot of these phones have poor screens, as in, they have yellowing on one side of the screen, varying in severity. There are also a lot of screen that are washed out and actually look worse than bog standard LCD screens.
  
  The white model has less of these problems reportedly though.

  
  From various comments on forums (i.e. here) it *seems* to be a problem that is fixed by updating the firmware (possibly why the white one doesn't suffer as much, it's newer and tends to ship with newer firmware).

  Wait for the S3 if you can wait, but this is a terrific deal for those who need to buy now. I have an S2 and am unable to slow it down no matter how many apps or games I have open. Hard to see how quad-core will offer a major improvement over that.

  Ive brought two thing from Amazon warehouse now and they both said they were not new. Both times i received items which were new and not a mark on them. Usually they state if the product is likely to have marks.

  There seem to be a lot of people here that know much more than people in the industry. Saying the Samsung Galaxy S3 is 'imminent' and that you might be best holding off for it, is based on rumour and not fact.
  The only official fact so far is that the S3 is no longer the next update from Samsung, instead they announced the Galaxy S2+ (or V2), an upgraded version of the S2.
  Your getting a lot of phone (and electronic gadget) for your money here, and for a similar price than a 2nd hand one on ebay. What you are also getting here is the reassurance of buying it from Amazon, rather than Joe Blogs on ebay. So if there is a problem with it, you can send it back.
  
  Great price, buy it...or you could wait for the Samsung Galaxy S10 :p

  Same here, I can see it being the end of the year before the S3 reaches the monthly prices that you can get an S2 for. I don't think Samsung are in any rush to release the S3 as the S2 is still selling by the boat load.

  The only reason to buy the S3 over the S2 is if it has magical powers. I can't really imagine how the S3 will be any faster than the S2 for most people, as all they do is look at the internet, play a few games and take pictures and movies. The only reason I can see for upgrading from the S2 to the S3 is if you are using it as a media centre to stream 1080p movies, or attaching a monitor/keyboard/mouse to turn it into a PC. If you never connect your phone to anything else 'externally' then there is absolutely no point in waiting for the S3 when the S2 is so good.

  I would be interested to know what warranty does Samsung offer as they usually have 24 months on their phones. Not bothered with Amazon warranty unless the phone has visible damage though !
  I purchased one for £279 just now - fingers crossed. If Samsung deny the warranty I would return the order. The S3 will be out soon but will be expensive.
