  just came off the phone with talk mobile. am just interested in the phone really, just wanted to know when i could down grade, the chap said after 18 months, i could down grade to just 5.10 a month, with 50 minutes and 100 texts, so tempted now. anyone know the cheapest way to get the this phone in white, or is this the cheapest at the mo thanks

  Not likely, demand for the S3 is still very high demand for the One X not so hence the pricing. If you look at the pricing arrangements for the S2 and see how long that stayed high I suspect the S3 will remain "elite" for a long time to come (unless something superior knocks it off it's perch of course)

  S2 is a quality phone so still a decent price and specs are still top end. Features from this to S3 are not that different and the size is much more appropriate as a "phone" on the S2

  I get 1500 minutes, 5000 texts and 2gb of Data for the equivalent monthly price on Tesco at the moment with a 12 month sim-only deal. I bought my S2 from CEX earlier in the year for £250 quid as well so i'm pretty sorted :)

  sarahmm, Tesco's phone shop has these prices for this phone... much cheaper monthly but not as good data on TMobile. £15.50 pm, 100 mins/500 texts, 250MB data, Unlimited Text Booster, 24 month contract .

  You don't need itunes to change ringtone, wallpaper or anything other than to sync your music and videos. Same as any other phone.
