Samsung galaxy s3 cases £1.00 in poundland

hello everyone!

Go easy on me - I don't often post deals on here!

Thought id let everyone know that they finally do Samsung s3 cases and screen protectors in poundland! (another deal shows they also do iphone 5 cases but no mention of the s3 cases) Before now it has always been s2 cases only and no s3 cases. You can get them for the same price on ebay but at your local poundland you dont have the hassle of waiting for shipping.

They are silicone and look like good quality.

The point is that the phone should cost closer to £1.

Each to their own. I prefer my s3 to my last Iphone 4, and blackberry.... And HTC's notoriously break. ;)

What is the difference between phonecases which are £1 and over £1? (Genuinely as I don't know the difference!) This is better than a magnetic case and cardholder cover I spent £15 on. My £15 cracked within a month and my gel silicone one I had from poundland for my iphone 4 lasted a year.

As long as you have a case to protect your phone and a screen protector I think it doesn't matter where it comes from. :)

Thanks. I was too lazy to buy one on ebay before my upgrade arrived. Once it arrived early I had to spend over £8 on a hard case from a phone shop.

I'll also mention that the screen protectors come in a pack of 3 if it helps anyone!

Well stick with your iPhizzle then and continue to be brainwashed (and ripped off) into buying a new one every year, due to an amazingly tiny tweak from its predecessor!!!

Never seen anything in Poundland apart from Iphone/Ipad/Ipod Apple related products.

It's a new addition. Saw them stocking them today and the shelves were full. They also have cases for the samsung note and htc wildfires if you get there before they run out of stock that day :)

I expect these to be super cheap quality along with the cases not being so appealable, the way I see it if you're paying 350+ for a phone why not 1) protect it properly 2) make it look good at the same time.

Have some heat, there is nothing wrong with a £1 case. If you drop the phone and it stops it getting scratched hey it's done its job. If you want more protection well spend more pretty simple. I have a £4 case with flip front for my note 2. Its better protection than the genuine Samsung flip ones which are £15+

I had a £15 screen protector, came off in 3 months. Since bought a full leather case for my S3 for the same amount and don't regret it. Might as well either go the whole hog, or do this and only spend a pound!

Do you remember that time Apple invented a fourth row of icons? Is that not worth £530?

Buy a £400 phone > Pay a quid to "protect" it.

It will end in tears.

You should buy warranty for 79 bones. Just because it's expensive.

Great deal, and thanks to the OP for pointing out that there are cheap and cheerful cases for phones other than iPhone. As has been said, usually these type of easily bought covers are just for apple stuff. They are always useful - if say you want a spare cover, or one to tide you over when your better one breaks or gets worn, or while you wait for one from China off of ebay :D. I own an S3 and have no cover at all on it - its just fine because I don't chuck it in my pocket with my keys n stuff - Might grab one of these in case I want one for travelling or something.

Also, what a bunch of picky moaners on this thread, going on about the cases being too cheap to protect the phone and how a different phone is soooo much better. :D

really i got cath kidston from apple store for 25.00 and had it changed three times, colour came off and one split in a odd place, so you dont always get what u pay for, and i bet they all come from the same factory lol

Well said Dayzee, this site is just to inform people of the deals that are out there not to complain about them!

insurance would be protecting it properly... cases and screen protectors are for every day wear and tear

Brand new year.... same old fuds!

Wow loyalty over a brand is strong nowadays!

In regards to the cases.... Unless its carbon fiber I really dont think there can be any justification over spending over 10 more on the same plastic case, unless you dont like the design. Its nice to have the choice though :)

Well I'm going to give you some heat as Hubby, my step daughter and I all have S3's, we all use screen protectors and it's a pain having to wait for them to arrive from fleabay so this is ideal for us. Thanks OP.

(Don't want to get into the S3 v iPhone arguments but we've ALL ditched iPhones for S3's and wouldn't go back.... does that tell you something...?)
#30
heat added :) great find.....shame you have lots of opinionated fanboys ranting on here tho.no-one cares if you prefer iPhone's or android phones....this site is about what the title says 'hot uk deals' & this to me & countless others is a HOT deal
thanks for sharing :)

#32
It is a good price.

That's why mums go to Poundland.
#33
similar quality ones are sold @ carphone warehouse for £19.99 !!!
banned#34
Not a good case to be honest
#35
If you want a good case for this phone get a UAG case imported from the US. About 20-30 pounds but will protect your phone rather than make it look pretty!

Googled and agreed those obviously look better. My phone only comes in my pocket or bag so just need to prevent from scratches. My cute polkadot case has been on a day now and the silicone is good tough quality and not bad for £1. If you want better or need better protection pay more :) Glad its been use to some people....

For the brand haters.... They do Iphone 4 + 5 cases too ;)

cool, you cant go wrong with a cheapo case. Will check it out in Poundland.
