If you have 100mb data plan you wouldn't get this phone.
And if you're on HUKD you'd surely go to giffgaff anyways :S

If you are currently half way through a sim only contract or just taken a long contract on an iPhone5 with limited data, hoping to use 4G.

Yeah, I think you can only consider it a good deal if you are specifically after the red one - which is still at premium prices elsewhere.
Personally, I think it looks better than the other colours...
