Price seems a little high.

I've got an S3 mini. It's an OK phone but Samsung seem to install a ridiculously excessive amount of bloatware on the device, which slows it down considerably. I haven't bothered rooting it yet lest I brick the phone and create further problems for myself.

IMO, smartfonestore seem like a legit company. AFAIK, the phones they stock are ones which contracted customers return to the network provider in exchange for a newer model i.e. there's not necessarily anything wrong with the phone and then smartfonestore say they test the phones before reselling. So, I wouldn't have a problem buying from them.

Even so, I still wouldn't buy from them with only 60 days warranty!.. It's gotta be at least 6 months warranty with pre-paid postage return service for me to pull out that kind of money to pay for secondhand / seller refurbished stuff!..

Well, there's always an element of risk. Obviously there's a saving to be had by buying from smartfonestore - probably about 50% of the usual market price.

In reality, what are the chances of buying a phone with an irreversible hardware failure that hasn't already been spotted by smartfonestore? Pretty slim I'd say. Even then, you may have some recourse with the original manufacturer but I haven't looked into this.

if you do buy a samsung device, just call Samsung up and ask them how much warranty is left. I just bought a note 2 off eBay expecting it to have little or no warranty left but lucky for me they told me I have warranty until 30/06/2015 so hardly much risk when buying a samsung device. if you find that the warranty isn't long enough to please you then just send it back to smartfone store, simple.

Cold £200 for a used Samsung Galaxy S4 which might have an undetected manufacturing fault. It's not uncommon for a manufacturing fault to become apparent after several months of usage.

If the previous owner has had any kind of under warranty repair actioned on the handset and you can't prove that you're the original owner, Samsung will REFUSE to repair the handset under warranty .

You're better of holding out and looking for an O2 refresh deal.
